Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Lumea. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no drama.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or email)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel or swimwear for hygiene reasons

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hridaandevburman@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked shipping service
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.
